All mix up and a hard-boiled egg. Then it was off to the gym for 3.5 miles on the treadmill. Came home, jumped in the shower, and ate some leftovers for lunch before heading off to work.
I have been having the oddest craving lately, for kale. I never used to eat kale, but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it for a week. I know, I’m weird. Oh well, I got my kale fix today for dinner in the form of soup.:
I poached some chicken in broth, added andouille sausage (just a touch, for flavor), cannelleni beans, and a whole lotta kale. Served it with some avocado on top and a dash of Cholula hot sauce.
somewhere in there was a pear for a snack, cobb salad sample at the grocery store, and a square of dark chocolate for dessert. I’m finally full, good night all!
