Faith

If I had to pick one word as the theme of my life right now it would be “faith”. I have been learning first hand and personally what the word means. Without faith, I wouldn’t be able to cope with being a single mama with a career that has no guaranteed income. I have struggled with anxiety in the past. Without faith, I would not have been able to not only overcome that anxiety, but also be inspired and excited about my future of abundance, health, joy, love and happiness.

With faith, I am seeing God’s love bless me daily.

Today was a simple day. Exactly what I want in my life right now. I started my day with coffee and a little work. I had a late breakfast of a Mexican omlette and fresh Florida tomatoes:

Then I went for a walk. Everything seemed extra clean and green after all the rain and storms yesterday.

After my walk, I worked some more, watered my patio garden, did a load of laundry, showered and made my grocery list. I headed to the grocery store on the way to pick up my girlie from school.

I had not eaten lunch and was hungry at Publix, so I got some turkey sausage and kale soup and ate it in the car line:

We had grandma over for dinner and I made chicken, baked beans, tater tots, and Caesar salad, with more fresh maters:

And finally for dessert, me and my girlie’s favorite…Tiramisu!!! Publix makes the best! So good!

I think I will go check a few work emails before heading to bed. Good night.

Weekend Recap

It was a productive weekend. I showed 7 condos on Saturday! Before heading out for a long day, I ate a banana with peanut butter and honey. I threw the fiber thins in my bag and didn’t end up eating them.

I had a few hours between clients, so I had lunch at Grouper’s on the Gulf on Indian Rocks Beach where I had the best grouper sandwich of my life!

Then I stopped next door at the cute little market next door, Surfside Fresh Produce. They had amazing looking local tomatoes, so I stocked up. They also sold a variety of staples and fresh seafood.

Then I had just enough time to explore Indian Rocks Nature Preserve:

After a treacherous drive home in a storm, I was glad to have leftovers for an easy dinner:

Then I slept like a baby!

Sunday I was supposed to have more showings, but the severe weather rescheduled those. So I spent the day cleaning.

For breakfast, I had some of those yummy tomatoes with a hard boiled egg and Gutzy fruit pouch. Lunch was more of those leftovers (I was getting pretty tired of them at this point).

It felt good to get everything cleaned and organized and by the late afternoon, I was ready to finally relax! By 5:00 I was showered and in my jammies with candles lit, watching Guys Grocery Games. It felt amazing!

I just snacked for dinner and was ready for a cup of tea and early bedtime by 9:00.

I love this local little shop called Main Ingredient. It carries bulk herbs, spices, teas and other foods as well as other healthy products.

Such a great weekend! I try to make the best of the times my girlie is at her dad’s. I always miss her terribly!
